Refund Policy

1. Consultations

All astrology and vastu consultations are non-refundable once booked.

2. Courses & Workshops

• No refund once course/workshop access is granted

• If canceled by us → full refund or reschedule

3. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate transactions will be refunded and processed to the original source within 5–7 working days

4. Service Failure

Refund may be considered only if:

• Payment made but service not delivered

• Technical issue from our side

5. No Refund Cases

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with predictions

• Delay from user side

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
